What is the Kids Cafe Return, Exchange & Refund Policy?

Kids Cafe strives for a quick, easy and positive return experience and has established the following guidelines in the event a purchase must be returned or exchanged:

Returns:

We have suspended all returns until further notice in order to protect our employees, volunteers and students.  Should you have any reason to be unsatisfied with your items, we will do everything we can to reach an agreeable resolution.  Please contact chicagokidscafe@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase, include pictures and an explanation, and our Customer Experience team will process your return request.

Refunds:

We do not give cash refunds. Refunds are given as store credit.

*We reserve the right to restrict or refuse returns, refunds, and exchanges

Absents:

If your student is absent, their lunch will be left in the fridge.
